1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item in damaged condition, with a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item is delivered, please email us at gayatriart110@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the damaged product within 24-48 hours of delivery. Customized products are non-returnable.

2. Return & Refund Process

• Return requests must be placed within 7 days of product delivery.
• Customers can go to their Order Detail page from the website and place a Return Request. The Return Request button will only be available for 7 days after the product is delivered.
• If you face any difficulties in requesting a refund or return, you can either contact us at +91 78200 51699 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week, or email us at gayatriart110@gmail.com.
• In case of a return, you will receive a full refund via the payment link we will share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or net banking.
• You will receive your refund within 24 hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
• Customers will be allowed to initiate a return/exchange free of charge only once. Any subsequent returns/exchanges will incur an additional fee of ₹200.

3. Cancellation

• A customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not permitted beyond 24 hours.
• In case of cancellation, if the order was prepaid, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in the customer’s account from the date of cancellation.

4. Color and Description Discrepancy

• The apparel descriptions on our website contain details and product specifications that are approximate values and closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors, there may still be minor variations due to lighting and settings during photography and the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Customers should keep in mind these slight variations when placing an order online.
